After 20 years of running sales and marketing companies, I was introduced to the mortgage industry. Now eight years later I have built a business based on my expertise, and a loyal group of borrowers and Real Estate Agents.

As an independent broker, I have access to many different lenders, that offer various programs to meet any lending needs. I am affiliated with America One Finance. We have licenses with over 40 different lending institutions.
Only you can decide what type of mortgage is best for you. My job is to educate you on program options. Two homeowners in identical situations, but with differing temperaments, might feel comfortable with radically dissimilar mortgages. A business person with a high chance of relocation, or significant pay advancements, may want a shorter term product, that offers lower interest rates. On the other hand, a married couple with an ARM product and a child on the way might want to switch to a fixed rate if one of the parents plans to quit or take an extended leave from work. The monthly payment will be higher, but it will stay the same if interest rates rise a few years down the road.
